How the part number request works

You do not know the correct part number? No problem. Our MINI parts specialists will be happy to help you find the right genuine spare part.

Please send us your 17-digit vehicle identification number / VIN and a short description of the required part using this form, for example:

• Oil filter 
• Front left brake disc
• Navigation unit
• Front bumper

If possible, you can also upload a photo of the part or the vehicle document. The upload is optional.

After checking your request, we will send you the correct genuine part number or a ready-to-use shopping cart link for your order.

Telephone enquiries

For telephone enquiries, please also have your vehicle identification number / VIN ready so that our staff can quickly identify the correct vehicle model.

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by telephone. Orders and delivery time enquiries are only possible in writing.
